Wensman soybeans are being grown on more and more soybean acres by more and more growers. That growth is attributed to a simple philosophy: Consistently offer growers our best genetics, superior seed quality and first-class service. Adhering to that formula, Wensman has grown to be one of the premier soybean seed companies in Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota.

The line-up for 2016 is our very best ever. With 30 varieties, including seven new products, Wensman has you covered. 21 of those varieties are resistant to Soybean Cyst Nematode (designated by NR2). This is the largest class of NR2 products ever offered by Wensman and it shows our commitment to helping you maximize yields in all types of conditions.

Genuity® Roundup Ready 2 Yield® (R2) genetics have proven themselves tobe superior to the original Roundup Ready® (RR) platform and progressive growers everywhere are demanding R2 varieties. The baseline R2 trait offers resistance to Roundup® herbicide, which remains one of the best weed control system available today.

Wensman R2 and NR2 soybeans range from 0.04 to 2.7, with varieties on almost every step of the maturity ladder. Our dealers and Territory Sales Managers have the expertise to package a powerful selection of varieties to meet every soil type and condition.

Make Wensman the choice for your soybean acres.

AgriShield® ST System logo image

Soybean Fungicide + Insecticide - Soybean Fungicide + Insecticide The AgriShield® ST System: Fungicide + Insecticide seed treatment is an on-seed application of separately registered products that combines three active ingredients to protect against a broad spectrum of damaging above - and below - ground insects, as well as all major seedborne diseases. AgriShield® ST System: Fungicide + Insecticide contains a systemic insecticide delivering long residual activity with the ability to increase yield even under low insect pressure. This seed treatment option offers protection from pests: Aphids, bean leaf beetle, grape colaspis, leafhopper, seedcorn maggot, thrips, white grub, and wireworm. And AgriShield® ST System: Fungicide + Insecticide is active against the diseases of Pythium, Phytophthora, Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, Seedborne Phomopsis, and seedborne Scleroti (white mold).

Soybean Fungicide Only - The AgriShield® ST System: Fungicide is an on-seed application of separately registered products that combines twofungicides to protect against all major seedborne and soilborne diseases. AgriShield® ST System: Fungicide improves uptake of water and nutrients by offering increased root development to drive better growth and performance. This treatment option is active against the diseases of Early-season Phytophthora, Pythium, Rhizoctonia, Fusarium, seedborne Sclerotinia (white mold), and seedborne Phomopsis.
