   The inside story of Wensman’s success isn’t a startling revelation and it’s not something you can buy.  Wensman consistently breaks yield goals in our production fields and that seed is consistently 98% and 99% germ.  We can do this solely because Wensman has High Performance People at every stage of the production process.
   High Performance People manage every aspect in the field:  planting, weed and pest management, detasseling and harvest.
   High Performance People are intimately involved in handling the seed as it moves through the dryer and sheller.
   High Performance People manage the conditioning process to sort, grade and package the seed.  
   Wensman has invested in mechanical technology and buildings to earn the designation as a “state-of-the-art” facility.  But without our High Performance People, the outcome just wouldn’t be the same.
   I have total confidence in my key managers.  Les Strommen handles field production, drying and the warehouse.  Marty Irons oversees seed conditioning, treating and packaging.  Both have dedicated and skilled teams of High Performance People.
