* A Wensman Territory Sales Manager or authorized agronomist
must inspect and authorize all Stand Guarantee claims.

– second leaf stage.
* The Wensman Poncho Stand Guarantee pertains to insect and
pest protection only. Wensman cannot guarantee your stand against hail,
floods, crusted soils, freeze or other acts of nature. Wensman’s
traditional replant policy will be applicable in these instances.
* Grower must pay applicable technology fees on
replant seed. Grower will receive a technology fee refund if eligible
for the Monsanto Roundup Rewards program. |
